Gentlemen:

Has your PSA been climbing?
Have you recently been diagnosed with prostate cancer?
Are you trying to choose from the different treatment options?
Has your physician recommended treatment?

Have you received treatment and wish to share your experiences?

Prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment options can be an overwhelming experience for anyone. If you are just beginning this journey, in the midst of deciding a treatment, received treatment, or just have questions, Man to Man Prostate Cancer Support Group may be able to provide some clarity.

Who we are:

Man to Man is a prostate cancer support group based in Durango, Colorado and serves the Four Corners area. The group began over 25 years ago meeting monthly in the Durango Library. With the pandemic, we moved to a Zoom format.  The Zoom format has been especially helpful for those living some distance from Durango and offers a convenient means to communicate.

We also offer mini-Zoom meetings to provide an individual focused conversation.

The group consists of men in all stages of the prostate cancer journey. We come together to discuss a wide range of topics and our experiences with those who are confronting the difficult decisions around a prostate cancer diagnosis. The group advocates an open dialogue based on our experiences relating to prostate cancer diagnosis, surgery, radiation, androgen deprivation therapy, recovery, and life experiences.

We do not provide medical advice, just candid discussions about the various treatments, recovery,
and experiences we have undergone. Some of the topics we have discussed include:

* Possible resources of valuable information
* New diagnosis and making a game plan
* Diagnostic tools available
* Treatment options
* Side effects of treatments
* Importance of Physical Therapy with treatment
* Medical facilities and professionals to help with your journey.
